I remember my first WOD. . .

And I will tell you for certain that I will remember this WOD forever, It was awesome!! I loved it!! It was super challenging and it was very demanding!! I couldn't write in my journal afterwards, or grasp a dumbbell for my cash out and I manage to remove the hair or a patch of hair on my leg!  So Before you pass out from all the excitement here it comes. . .

CFFB Challenge Day 1 Eat, Eat and Eat!

So its the first day and I'm following the CrossFit Football Nutrition plan. For those who do not know what that is, its this: Paleo plus dairy, dairy being milk and a good portion of tubers and roots as carbohydrates. Also I'm striving to eat a gram of protein per pound of desired body weight, that may or may not seem like a lot and in the form of pure animal protein it eqates to about 1.5 pounds of meat a day.

And it begins!!

So its day one of my CrossFit Football challenge and I have to say I am quite excited. I know this week is going to be especially challenging as it is finals week and I have grading to accomplish, but I feel ready to take it all on and see what happens! So to start off day 1 right I whipped up a bunch of food this morning before our glorious Sun began to show its face, thank you daylight savings. . .
