And decent tracking makes its return!

Its Wednesday the 29th! an interesting day busy with school work and then a fun day as my preVolkslauf excitement began to show its head! Now on to the good stuff Food!

Breakfast was exciting a bowl of paleo Chili almost done with all that I made earlier!

Snack - Turkey with some apple and almonds
Lunch - Turkey with spinach and almonds
Snack - Turkey with a kiwi and almonds

Dinner was tasty and quick!!! Shrimp sauteed in olive oil with minced garlic on top of a bed of steamed spinach and squash! o and some watermelon mmmmmmmm!!
