Today is the day, the day I do my first Fran. I'm excited and a little nervous, The dream a sub 5 Min Fran reality I hope to break 8 Minutes. So here's the day's nutritional report!! and so you know if you were curious I hit Fran with an 8:27 Rx'd and Odds are I'll be doing it this weekend at my Cert!
Breakfast:
2 eggs, bacon salsa and 1/2 an avocado. 3 Fish oil pills
Snack:
Chicken Broccoli almonds 1 fish oil pill
Lunch:
Chicken, Salad with tomatoes, Almonds, 3 Fish oil.
Snack:
Chicken, Broccoli, Almonds 1 Fish oil
I Went to RJ's and met up with my friends. I had the Shredded Beef salad, I picked out the beans and corn! see the picture of the salad
