Its Monday and a day of celebrating since its my Little Brother's 18th Birthday and I had a good paleo day after this long weekend. On to food for today and I even ate at BJ's and did good even ignored all that tasty looking beer.
Breakfast
2 eggs, bacon, spinach, salsa in an omlette and 3 fish oil pills
Snack
chicken with garlic thyme and oragano with some broccoli and almonds. 1 fish oil pill
Lunch
Chicken with garlic thyme and oragano with spinach almonds and 3 fish oil pills.
Snack
chicken with garlic thyme and oragano with some broccoli and almonds. 1 fish oil pill
Dinner
California burger with no bun cheese or spreads, sub fries for veggies as below. I also ate some dried fruit at home with some almonds.
