So its day one of my CrossFit Football challenge and I have to say I am quite excited. I know this week is going to be especially challenging as it is finals week and I have grading to accomplish, but I feel ready to take it all on and see what happens! So to start off day 1 right I whipped up a bunch of food this morning before our glorious Sun began to show its face, thank you daylight savings. . .

Unfortunately I think I may have lost some of my prepping touch as it took me 45 minutes today to prepare and eat breakfast in addition to making the rest of my food for today! Any who breaky was good and huge, but it was a recipe I stole from Robb Wolf and his 1k calorie omelette I left out an egg and a little sausage so I'm probably not at the 1k mark, but it was tasty! So breakfast looks like this to the Left! and consisted of 3 eggs, 3 mini sausages all chopped up, with a bunch of broccoli, 1/2 an avocado cooked up frittata style and covered in salsa, yea I like salsa on my eggs, and for that matter on just about every thing so get used to it I eat it A LOT. O I washed this giant egg monstrosity down with 16oz of coconut milk, and an additional 16oz of whole milk and 3 fish oil pills. Perfection. Well I'm running off to class now to maybe learn or study something else not sure which yet. So get ready for today, and I'll be back with my other food options for the day, my WOD, and my Mobility! Fare thee well my crossfitting evangilists get ready to pick up something heavy today!
