CFFB Challenge Day 1 Eat, Eat and Eat!

So its the first day and I'm following the CrossFit Football Nutrition plan. For those who do not know what that is, its this: Paleo plus dairy, dairy being milk and a good portion of tubers and roots as carbohydrates. Also I'm striving to eat a gram of protein per pound of desired body weight, that may or may not seem like a lot and in the form of pure animal protein it eqates to about 1.5 pounds of meat a day.
And as such here is what I ate all day yes it may seem enough to feed a few individuals and I will admit at sometimes I felt full and just kept shoveling the food on in! Oh so you know I'm working towards a goal of a 160lb body weight at 10% or less body fat. So on to the food the good stuff!
 2nd Meal 11:00
5oz of chicken sauteed in olive oil with garlic, thyme and oregano, broccoli, 1/2 can of olives and 3 fish oil pills.

 3rd Meal 13:30
5oz of ground beef sauteed in olive oil with garlic, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and red pepper, spinach and carrots, 1/2 a bag of raw shredded coconut and 3 fish oil pills.
 4th Meal 16:00
5oz of chicken sauteed in olive oil with garlic, thyme and oregano, spinach and carrots, 1/2 can of olives and 3 fish oil pills. Dinner 20:00
5oz of ground beef sauteed in olive oil with garlic, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and red pepper, 1/2 of a ginormous yam, 16oz of milk with 1 scoop of organic and grassfed whey, 16oz of milk, and a bunch of water!

So for all of you who are checking out the amount of meat I'm eating you may have noticed I hit my goal mark! and I feel quite full! all in all it was a really good day food wise!
