I couldn't write in my journal afterwards, or grasp a dumbbell for my cash out and I manage to remove the hair or a patch of hair on my leg! All 3 sets felt really strong and I manage to complete them in one breath. It was probably a little light but as I'm following a linear progression plan they will get a bit heavier quickly!
METCON:

Round 4, 2:39 I almost lost my final rope climb my feet slipped and I had to switch from my quicker loose lock to the more secure traditional wrap around lock =D
